To meet the diversified market demands for stainless steel pipes, we have added an automated high-pressure hydroforming bending machine, which uses emulsified water as a forming medium for stainless steel pipes, recyclable and environmentally friendly; double-card pressure forming, with a yield rate of up to 99%; each machine can produce 5,000-20,000 pieces per day, one-click shaping, high-efficiency production, further achieving the production of multi-angle bending. These machines can complete high-precision pipe bending and end forming tasks in a short time, ensuring the sealing and stability of pipe connections. The introduction of automated equipment not only improves production efficiency but also reduces labor costs and minimizes safety hazards during operation.

03 annealing process，precision casting

After stainless steel coils undergo processing techniques such as cold rolling, they experience plastic deformation. The grains elongate, flatten, and fracture along the rolling direction, and the lattice deforms, leading to work hardening. This hardening phenomenon increases the material's strength and hardness but also reduces its ductility and toughness, thereby affecting subsequent processing and forming.

GOSUNG's newly introduced stainless steel pipe annealing furnace not only precisely controls the temperature for softening and shaping but also effectively eliminates the work hardening of stainless steel coils, facilitating subsequent cold processing to meet the diverse hardness requirements of customers for stainless steel pipes.
